When founder Caren Rubin-Brown created Rubin Financials in 2016, she wanted to create a conduit for minority-owned small businesses to establish financial sustainability and achieve scalable growth. She envisioned a company where accounting principles and financial operations could be seamless and streamlined, while being communicated in a way that was accessible and digestible—removing the veil of intimidation that so many businesses face when navigating their finances. Through this work, she has helped startups and entrepreneurs prepare for funding rounds, audits, and the many complex financial safeguards required to grow and sustain a business.
